How do we start?

The beginning of Mexico

Our journey began with a simple love for Mexican cuisine. Our founders, Chef Yude Cedano and Janet Diaz, were captivated by the vibrant flavors and rich traditions during a trip to Ixtapa in 2022. With a heart full of inspiration and a suitcase filled with recipes passed down through generations, Chef Yude set out to bring an authentic taste of Mexico to our community in ChampionsGate, Florida.

Thus, in November of that same year, Yude and Janet opened the doors to Tacos Don Andres ChampionsGate. Two years have passed, and following the incredible success of our ChampionsGate location, Chef Yude and Janet Diaz have decided to open their second location in the beautiful Disney-inspired community of Island Village in Celebration, FL.

Chef Yude and Janet Diaz have opened their second location in the beautiful, Disney-inspired community of Island Village in Celebration, FL. At Tacos Don Andres, every traditional dish is reimagined with contemporary touches, offering a warm and inviting culinary experience. From Mayan-inspired tacos to Spanish-influenced ceviche, we aim to enchant our guests with a vibrant journey through authentic Mexican cuisine.
